Fan of a Reuben Sandwich? Try this dip – you won’t regret it. Serve with crunchy rye bread, or any cracker of your liking.

- 1loaf rye cocktail bread

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Arrange the rye cocktail bread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush it with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the bread starts to brown and become crisp.
- Take it out and set aside

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, pastrami, and Swiss cheese by hand or using a mixer.加入盐和胡椒调味。
